SHIPPING INFORMATION & RETURN POLICY:
We urge you to experiement with different weight thresholds to achieve the best value for your shipping dollar by adding or subtracting items from your shopping cart and viewing the real-time changes in shipping costs that occur.
Your order will usually ship from our warehouse no later than the next business day after the time your order is placed on our website--except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If your order does not ship by the next business day, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay. NOTE: UPS Home Delivery Ground only delivers Tuesday through Saturday.
SpiceZon.com is responsible for packaging and shipping your order. We can show the date the package was shipped and a receipt. Our liability ends when the product is shipped. However, SpiceZon.com is responsible for damaged products in transit. See store policy on damaged products.
Orders paid for with Paypal will not be shipped or processed until payment notification is received by Paypal.
Domestic Orders:
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our Westminster, CA warehouse. At SpiceZon.com, we use UPS as our shipping carrier. UPS Ground can take up to 7 business days to arrive after ship date.
Important Notice for UPS Ground:
UPS does not ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes. Please use a physical address when using UPS as your shipping method. Orders returned to us due to non-shippable address will accrue extra shipping fees; to avoid this please check your shipping address before finishing your order.
Order Confirmation: When shipping with UPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you with your UPS tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your order's progress at UPS.com.
Orders are not processed or shipped during the weekend or on holidays.
At this time, we only ship orders within the U.S.
RETURN POLICY: Acceptable item condition for return or exchange: New and unused. Still in original manufacturer packaging. No missing parts. No visible damage on product and box. Product is still in sellable condition.
We don't accept returns for: Used items Grocery items Item without original manufacturer box. Gift (gift recipient can only do exchange.)
Products Damaged or Shipped in Error
Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from our warehouses. Although SpiceZon.com products are packaged very carefully, damages may occur in transit. Spicezon.com guarantees to replace products broken or damaged in transit at no additional cost to customers. All damaged items will need to be returned to us. We will not ship out the replacement items until we receive and inspect the damaged item(s) that are returned.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded or a credit given only if the merchandise is damaged in transit or was shipped in error. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping charges plus a 10% shipping & handling fee.
Unopened Merchandise
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order was shipped. You MUST contact SpiceZon.com's Customer Service for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE returning merchandise.
Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please include the original packing slip with the merchandise.
Item has to be shipped back insured and using traceable shipping method. Returned packing has to have enough padding and cushion to prevent damage on the shipping back. Package must be re-package as it was delivered to you. Our shipping address is:

Customer should expect to receive the refund within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return item. In most cases customer may receive their refund earlier.
